Effective Empathy
Through this lesson, I learnt a new and efficient way to gather user data. This is the most useful lesson to me as it guides me through the identification process of a user's experience and journey in any situation that is applicable.
This guide or method is also very detailed in a sense that not only does it look out for the psychological and social factors of the user during the situation, but also the verbal factors and sight factors the user faces during the process. That is what the empathy map is for, to best resemble what it felt in the user's shoes through words
The user journey map was a recap of an older lesson but also improved my understanding of how user journey maps are made to follow
